Rachael visits primary schools and nurseries doing readings and running workshops. Her stories are sweet and funny and the children have a great time She has puppets, props and lots of costumes which she uses in a variety of ways to inspire participation and make her workshops engaging and memorable. Fractured fairy tales are a speciality. They work extremely well with the young and fit naturally with many aspects of the curriculum. The children enjoy the humorous twists in the stories and enjoy interacting with her puppets. Rachael has a lot of experience with all age ranges so events can be tailored to needs. A postcard writing workshop with a specially designed card, a newspaper writing session, a press conference with roving microphone, a drama workshop, a fairy tale lost property session, and a create your own magic jellybean competition are just some of the activities Rachael has on offer.
